How the Lean & Toned Challenge Works

Ready to begin the Everyday SANA studio 8 weeks lean & toned challenge? Here's how to get started today.

We've divided the 8-week ?lean & toned? workout plan into weekly segments that get more challenging as you go, but there's flexibility in the plan so you can adapt it to your own schedule and needs. We recommend that you start slowly and build your strength as you master each step on the way to your goal of slimming down and getting fit. If you follow the program closely, you could have a toned and lean muscle body!

Each week?s workout schedule incorporates six days of training, including cardio (run outdoors or treadmill, Zumba — choose a cardio activity that suits you), a yoga and Pilates workout, and step-by-step all round TRX exercises to help tone those trouble spots — hips, thighs, butt, biceps, triceps.
Remember to warm up and cool down before and after exercising.

As you advance from week to week, you?ll ramp up your cardio, mix and match workouts, and increase the number of reps and circuits. The featured trainers from SANA studio are the best in the business and will offer instructional and motivational tips along the way.
